Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.
By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing. PRIVACY POLICY:
Prior Design respects your privacy. When accessing our Website, Prior Design will obtain certain information about you during your visit. How we will handle information we learn about you depends upon what you do when visiting our site.
Prior Design will not sell or otherwise transfer any such personally information to individuals or entities outside of Prior Design without your approval.
Prior Design will not give out any information in regards to your online order information as well. All credit card numbers, email address, phone numbers, and other identifable information is securely stored in our system. Prior Design reserves the right to change this policy at any time. This statement and the policies outlined here are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
ORDERING PROCEDURE:
The import market we deal in is currently one of the hottest cars right now on the market. What does that mean to you as a customer, hard to get products. Prior Design stocks more vehicle specific parts then anyone else in the USA for our lines we carry. Parts turnover is quick. So when you order from us we put you in line to receive the product if it is not in stock. Some specialty items may need to be ordered from overseas and can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. However if you order from us and a problem occurs, these are the steps to follow.
If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
All products are shipped out from one of the Prior Design shipping locations. Prior Design drop ships some products and ships direct others. All products are shipped UPS or FedEx. Special arrangements may need to be made for out of country orders and oversize packages. All shipping prices on the site are for the continental USA and will be adjusted for your location. Tracking numbers can be received by emailing
info@Prior-Design.us. In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not be able to be a candidate for the insurance claim.
# Take pictures of the damaged area of the product and email them to us at

# Keep the product and its original packaging and box
# Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
# Prior Design will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup, DO NOT send it back to us
# Once the product is picked up and inspected by shipping company, claim may take 1-3 weeks. Then a replacement will be sent.
# In the event that the shipping company does not pay out the claim, we will work it out!
The Fedex Rates shown at time of checkout our dimensional rate from Fedex. If your shipment weight is to much then contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders(Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.
If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 35% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be return or that are damaged MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the shipment to be considered. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the Prior Design Warehouse are shipped via Fedex or Freight and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. Fedex, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to Prior Design or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 35% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file.
Prior Design LLC DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES
In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Prior Design, we will except the package back and reimburse you for the return shipping on your next order with us. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.
To return a item back to us, please do the following:
# Contact a Representative to receive a RMA number. All packages returned without a Returned Merchandise Authorization number will be refused.
# Package the item up in original packaging unless deemed unuseable
# Include the UNUSED parts and any additional information that was included
# Include a copy of your receipt
# Write a brief description of the problem with the product
# If you have a receipt for the return shipping include as well
# We DO NOT except any freight collect packages
Once we have received the above information we will notify you via email or phone and let you know the status.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Prior Design accepts all credit cards with appropriate billing and shipping addresses. Prior Design also accepts Paypal.com, money orders, and wire transfers.
We accept ALL major credit cards.
WARRANTY:
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by Prior Design. Prior Design is not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. The warranty should be handled by the customer and the manufacturer directly.
